JPVonDrake works in reservations, so anything he posts is official company policy. I'm not sure if there's a press release somwhere, but if you call up reservations they will be able to confirm/change your camp site.

Sweet man, I told my dad about this and he seems excited to hear this news! But my dad needs to check with them since we are heading down there this Christmas, and really I don't know what site we are staying at so I got to ask him later.

I have not seen an official press release, per se (after checking the WDW official media website), but yep, JP only posts official company policy info.

Changes sound great. The campgrounds are a great experience...especially if you're looking to do something different. I can't wait to do it again.

Hopefully they figure something out for River Country.

Ok,

We called up and this is true. Were trying to change over to the new premium sites for our after thanksgiving trip, but they are saying all sold out. Oh well, we still have a preferred reserved.

Thanks for the info. Ill take JP's word as gold from now on.
