Toy Story Land expansion announced for Disney's Hollywood Studios

Wow, that is surprisingly good attention to detail for this ride

    Magic Kingdom 50th Anniversary Plans

Sorry, but I have ridden battle for metropolis, and while a great step up for six flags, it is definitely not deserving of the pedestal you place it so highly on. It’s a fun ride, but it’s pretty much the same plot as the Spider-Man ride at IOA, but on a budget.

Put me down for June 23rd, please. Soft openings in April.

News Wishes to be replaced with new 'Happily Ever After' nighttime spectacular

Much much more fireworks in HEA than Wishes. And more unique shells as well. There's a side by side comparison video of the two on youtube that shows how significant the difference is.

Rumor Pixar's Coco coming to the Mexico Pavilion

After seeing this tonight, this is a very much well deserved achievement. My whole row was in tears by the time the credits rolled. A love letter to the people of Mexico.

News Wishes to be replaced with new 'Happily Ever After' nighttime spectacular

Yes to all of this! The way they scattered it throughout the show wove it together so well. Hearing “Christmas all around us” and then ending with the fireworks all around us. Just beautiful. The cuts feel even more glaring when HEA runs at 18+ minutes long.

Rumor Pixar's Coco coming to the Mexico Pavilion

I'm proud that Pixar is releasing a film that explores and honors a culture that people here in the states may not be familiar with. And that is why it is so sad that for that very reason, people will not be seeing it. At least that's one more seat for someone more open-minded.

Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway confirmed

I just bursted out laughing. Now I can't stop watching that gif.

Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway confirmed

Okay, which seems like an effective use of leftover space. Just cus the ride building is slightly smaller doesn't mean it's a lesser ride.

Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway confirmed

If I recall correctly, @marni1971 said it would use about 85% of the GMR space. So yes, it's less space, but its not much less space. And the show building is huge, so that's a good chunk they're using.

Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway confirmed

The thing is, Mickey's design isn't as radically changed as people make him out to be here. Yes, he's altered to fit the animation style, but it's still the same recognizable Mickey Mouse. People argue as if Mickey has looked the same since the 20s, when the reality is his design has been...

Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway confirmed

Right? Most of them have over 10 million views. My brother and I watched at least 15 in one sitting, and we're both in our 20s lol.

Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway confirmed

Ride length doesn't always correlate with ride quality. Little Mermaid is about 5 minutes, but Spider-Man at Universal is around 4 minutes. I know which one I definitely prefer. MMRR is speculated to between 6-8 minutes, which is a good length for today's fast-paced E-ticket standards. I'm sure...

Toy Story Land expansion announced for Disney's Hollywood Studios

I don't mind the exposed track as long as they put enough theming around the coaster to make the point that's it's a backyard, and it appears they're doing so. My main concern is them getting the scale and forced perspective right so that the whole land makes you feel like the size of a toy...

Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway confirmed

Exactly what I was thinking. The comparisons to Ren and Stimpy are ridiculous and completely laughable as arguments. People find two or three images from google search that look remotely unsavory and suddenly the whole show is condemnable. I highly doubt anyone who thinks the new Mickey Mouse is...

Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway confirmed

To be fair, GMR attracts a long line these days because there's not much else to do. Last time I rode, our group took advantage of some much needed nap time. The attraction has become very dated. Still, it's disheartening to see it go away, it was the heart of the park. However, I think the...

News Tron coaster coming to the Magic Kingdom

Idk, I think both are pretty great attractions. Indy's temple is breathtaking to ride through with the incredible sets and special effects. However, Dinosaur takes advantage of the darkness to create some truly scream-inducing thrills. Back to Tron, I think it would be cool if LEDs lit up...

New Fantasmic! - Live Stream, Videos, Reviews, Reactions

I wonder how the Florida fans felt after seeing that incredible spectacle. Must make it even more depressing than before to have to go back to our version in Orlando lol. As amazing as that was, I just can't help but feel greater embarrassment now for the state of Fantasmic on the east coast...
