I expected a little more from Travel + Leisure, was somewhat disappointed in this article.

    Your Favourite Steak ?

Ribeye. No question. Good coloring and marbling, just the right amount of fat. Seasoned with a little garlic salt and pepper. Plain and simple. Seared over high heat and then let that bad boy rest for a few minutes. Perfect medium rare. I'm drooling now.

Do You Need An Excuse..Men V Women..

I indulge in WDW. There's a balance between eating everything in sight and eating to keep yourself going. Especially with things like soda and sweets. At home, I stay off of them, don't even have them in the house, because its too big of a temptation. But at WDW, I allow myself to enjoy...

    Your Resort Goodbye..

Great question. I used to do this a lot, simply because I didn't know when I'd be back. Unfortunately I think it affected the way I toured the 'World. I had it in my mind that I had to do absolutely everything because I didn't know when/if I'd be back. That all changed during our last trip...

    White Flag! I Give Up..

Waved the white flag once we reached the vegan booth at F & W last year after hitting all of the other booths. Just couldn't force ourselves to eat something we had no interest in. Shared a glass of wine and then collapsed outside the old Odyssey.

    Weird Drink Combinations..

Anyone know of anywhere in WDW where they do a pint of a IPA beer with an espresso shot poured into it? Local joint does it here in MN and its amazing. This coming from a person who isn't a huge coffee drinker.

SSR - Treehouses - what do I need to know?

Stay away from any of the treehouses near the bridges on the Sassagoula River. As the water taxis come and go from the resorts farther upstream they blow their horns prior to passing under the bridges as to alert any other boats in the area that they are coming through. It can be quite loud...

    Best Value Deluxe Resort..

In terms of value you simply can't touch Wilderness Lodge. However, I think if you're doing a longer vacation at a deluxe resort you may be better off with a resort that: A. Is a little more "in the middle of things" like Boardwalk, Beach Club or Yacht Club B. Offers villa accommodations

    Farewell Captain Jack!

In one of the news releases for Disney Springs I could have sworn I read something about Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto opening a restaurant in the newly revamped area. I also could have been dreaming that...either way, I'd like to see a sushi bar/Izakaya/Robata type restaurant right on the water...

    Main Street Bakery Changes..

I'm strangely ok with this...as long as it fits with the theming of Main Street USA. No more chains though.

Single Guy @ WDW/ Solo Trip?

At first I thought it was a little weird, but when I realized I did every attraction at MK that I wanted to do before noon I quickly came to the conclusion that a solo trip is an absolute must do for a WDW fan.

    Teriyaki Chicken At Friars Nook..

Don't really care for teriyaki sauce, but the chicken nuggets served at the parks are one of those foods that I secretly love but am ashamed to admit it.
