I'm so glad that someone finally mentioned this because it's without a doubt the main thing I hope makes the final product.

I think the possibility of Liberty Square being drastically altered at some point in the future is a very real possibility. If Tom Sawyer Island and Rivers of America can be removed, I think that the area that everyone has to walk through next door is on the table as well. We shall see!

Construction likely won't start until the 2nd half of 2025. We are still waiting on where it's going, potentially to be announced at D23 Brazil in less than 2 weeks. Unrelated to Monsters, Inc. Land. This is for The Little Mermaid.

Can confirm that this work is related to Starlight and from what I've been told is to accommodate the floats coming over from Tokyo. Disney is going to be playing musical floats with what is currently backstage on top of the new stuff coming in. I have no clue what characters are going to be...

This is my fault for making an assumption based off the concept art. I made an assumption in the moment and I was wrong. The art does look like a boat ride, but it's not. A trackless ride would make sense with how the Casita could move us around. My apologies for the incorrect reporting.
