    Connections Cafe and Eatery

It's a nice get away, relaxing and "connecting" type of atmosphere. The wall art and some of the lighting fixures really helps to break up the sterile(which I like) vibe. It doesn't feel cramped, you can simply get a coffee, sit back and with the giant windows look out at the surrounding Epcot...

Coronavirus and Walt Disney World general discussion

U.K health security agency; COVID-19 vaccine survalence report week 12. Of course, but at the same time Omicron isn't nearly as deadly as some of the previous strains, so the overall death rate should be lower in any capacity.

U.K does have a very high vaccinated rate. Exactly what? I'm not so sure. The two articles I linked talks about the efficacy from 5 months ago, then 2 days ago the same author changes course and talks about how the vaccines help for but a few months. This is the same info I've been reading...

From my understanding you subtract the unvaccinated from the totals column and the rest is the vaccinated, unless I read that wrong too :). For example you have 183 deaths in 50-59 yr Olds; 30 of those deaths are in the unvaccinated. Here are 2 articles, one from 5 months ago in a science...

I've already posted quite a bit a few months back. Whether it's stuff out of Isreal or what not. People will gravitate towards those voices they believe they can trust.

That's not the data I'm seeing. Like I said, I can show one thing and the next person shows the opposite. I just personally have rarely seen an unvaccinated individual coming into the hospital getting covid twice, let alone getting hit hard by it. Early treatment is key. Recognizing natural...

Coronavirus and Walt Disney World general discussion

Like many ive been tracking this since day one and I've personally never heard of Omicron being as deadly as the Wuhan variation, in fact it was lauded as being almost a good thing so people can get some immunity to covid. Delta was always known as being a little less harmful but more...

Bob Chapek's response to Florida's 'Don't Say Gay' bill

Your response is of one side of the issue. There is the other that is of the opposite thought. Both sides claim the moral high ground and both won't or can't budge on their thinking, so what do you do? Tough times is where we live in.

Bob Chapek's response to Florida's 'Don't Say Gay' bill

As you said there is a religious sect (and non-religious) that don't agree with the LGBTQ+ lifestyle as well as other moral issues. So there will be major disagreements that will continue to keep happening. I'm not here to argue who's right, I'm just simply saying that's a fact here in America...

Bob Chapek's response to Florida's 'Don't Say Gay' bill

And that's the conundrum isn't it? Our morals here in America are divided. Laws are placed by morals and so we are making laws with which will effect the others moral ideals. Both sides will try and explain how right they are and because the lines are to ideally opposite to cross, what do you...

I won't get into it, but natural immunity antibodies have been shown to last atleast 4 times longer than the 3 months you proposed. I know someone who had 15 times more antibodies than I, despite having been infected about 10 months earlier.

Bob Chapek's response to Florida's 'Don't Say Gay' bill

Comparing it to a child or not is still degrading and name calling. But I agree we need quality discussions, not name calling. It's what we lacked in the covid forum; that forum really showed the heart of some of these people.

Bob Chapek's response to Florida's 'Don't Say Gay' bill

They both literally just insulted each other. This whole forum is full of insults, or intended insults. Not to much quality dialog, just usually one side trying to beat down on a small minority, it's quite nice to see people fighting back.

    Lights on Grand Floridian roof

Sorry for the bump, real quick, I complained about the many burned out bulbs a few years ago and two nights ago I noticed the bulbs seemed much more filled out especially on Narcoossee's and the other building across the monorail track(not sure what building that is). Anyway just giving kudos...

Coronavirus and Walt Disney World general discussion

The problem is, the pushing for the vaccines isn't some haha joke here. People on this board and in the new Rasmussen poll suggested unvaccinated persons stay home and should not be aloud to do anything outside of feeding themselves in which they also didn't want the unvaccinated to work...

I've heard opposite stories as well. I come to work, mask up, disinfect my area(unlike most others), social distance within reason, try to get in and out of covid rooms as quick and efficiently as I can, yet I still came down with it a few months back. Weird thing is the majority of the time I...
