Cp The Candlelight Processional is one of the highlights of the holiday season at WDW. We saw Brian Denehy narrate a few years ago. It is a memorable experience. I would recommend the CP dinner package. We'll be there this November. Can't wait.:xmas:

Great courses I agree with Wilary, all the courses are great, and all have their own particular appeal. The Palm and Magnolia are older, more classic designs, while Osprey Ridge and Eagle Pines have a more updated feel. Don't overlook Lake Buena Vista, which often seems to be forgotten, maybe...

The first time My first time was in 1983 when I was 31 (yes, I'm old). I dreamed of going to Disneyland as a child, but never got to go. I felt just like a little kid during my first visit to WDW. I still do, everytime I go.:p

French Quarter My wife and I have stayed at both, and much prefer French Quarter. It is compact, it is beautifully landscaped and it is romantic. POFQ guests are picked up by Disney buses before those at Riverside, and are dropped off first.:wave:

How long? 231 days. We're going Thanksgiving Day with our teenage niece, who has never been to WDW! Staying at POFQ.:king:

Resort preferences Port Orleans (either French Quarter or Riverside) are both very well themed and both definitely possess that Disney feel. Ditto Caribbean Beach. We also have stayed at Coronado Springs and didn't enjoy it quite as much. Coming back to POFQ Nov. 23, 2006:)
