An updated, refreshed dark ride would have made such an overlay unnecessary. I think people are more open minded than Disney realizes. The masses don't always NEED Disney characters (i.e. EPCOT Center). They want an experience. They want to be taken somewhere they have never been before.

IMHO, there are very few places at any theme park that immerse you in the experience like Mexico's pavilion did. Now, I just have to imagine that I'm floating down a Mexican river with my three animated friends. *sigh* The magic isn't gone, it just reduced because of lazy imagineering.

They may let you in with this...that way you can show your #disneyside ;)

I may be biased, being from Boston, but Dunkin Donuts is a widely known chain and has quite a bit of name recognition in the US. They don't do espresso drinks, but their hot and iced coffees are excellent (and about half the price of Starbucks ;) )

The removal of the wreaths doesn't mean that MS decor is diminishing, it just means they are removing the wreaths and putting something else in it's place. I think it's great. Keep the view of the castle unobstructed and decorate with wreaths another way. No loss here (and maybe a gain, IMO).
