    A few night tap pics..

Why did yours show up in the message and not as a link? Maybe it's because I'm still a newby here (not enough message postings).

    A few night tap pics..

Ok, why can't I get my image to be in the message instead of a link? I clicked on IMG and pasted the URL to the image but it still shows up as a link.

    Is Disney loosing its magic

Better stop going before it's all gone. :) Seriously, other than some attractions that have closed, I don't think there was much difference between our 97,99,00 and 01 trips. The last time I was there before that was in 1975 as a teenager. I remember being there but not many details.

    Walt Disney World Explorer

I just ordered both versions. I ordered version 1 for $17.95 from http://www.smartkidssoftware.com/nddsn9.htm and version 2 for $11 from http://www.catalystwares.com/cat108_1.htm They both take CCs and are in Texas. Hopefully I will get them.

Anyone ever used Specialty Van Rentals?

Re: 8 passenger van I think the 8 passenger van is a Chevy Astro which should be considered the same as a Caravan. I have not actually checked with my auto insurance company yet to see what/if they cover but both of my credit card pamphlets state that they don't cover vans that are built...

    How many times?

This coming Dec trip will be number 5 for my wife and number 6 for me. I went WAAAAY back in 75 (give or take) with my parents while in high school. What Inquiring minds REALLY want to know is how someone that has to travel (more than a short car ride) can afford so many trips to WDW in a...

Anyone ever used Specialty Van Rentals?

We have a 15 passanger van reserved with them. A customer of mine also has one reserved. We are both going in December. I haven't heard anything at all (good or bad) but I took a chance since most other rental companies wanted significantly more than what SVR wanted. I think our price...

    Vacation Rental Homes

This December will be the 3rd time we've rented a home. The 1st time was through an agent. The 2nd and this time we're renting directly from the owners. The last two owners live in the UK. Other than one phone call, I've done all transactions by email and snail mail. So far, so good...

Am I the only person who is not a fan of Pool Hopping???

Taking extra ketchup (or is that catsup?) not a big issue? You've never visited a Burger King then. Most of them don't have ketchup other than what they give you from behind the counter. The one in Berwick Pa asks you how many you want. I think it's even on the receipt. Also, some fast...

    9/11/01. My POV

You're right. I am grateful that I did not lose any family or close friends on Sept 11th 2001. But I did lose some fellow workers (I did not know personally) in the towers and on the flight that crashed into the Pentagon. However, I get offended by those that are so self indulgent that they...

    9/11/01. My POV

I would like to meet this fellow "American" of mine and give her a nice big slap upside the head. I was always told never to hit a woman, but there are a few that deserve a smack or two. (I hope my wife doesn't see this!!)

Do you sacrifice anything to help pay for WDW Trips

Not really. My wife and I are (Dual Income No Kids) and we usually allow $3000 a year for our "big" vacation which more than covers a trip to WDW. We also have a 25ft travel trailer which we use a few times throughout the year for shorter vacations.

    AP merchandise pompous ???

It's not that I begrudge people that could afford it, it's that I feel that once your in the park, it should be a first come first serve. It's not like I want to pay for the nose bleed seats and expect front row center. I got what I paid for. Before the notion of FOTL or special AP perks...
