    Well I have developed a friendly relationship with a sports nutritionist that works at the Cleveland Clinic so I get a lot of information from her. Also, Food and physical fitness are my two biggest hobbies so I'm knowledgeable in both areas!

    It is true! It's one of the best, if not the best, recovery drinks out there. It has the right ratio of carbs, protein, and fat to speed up recovery. To get the best results, drink it within an hour or less.

    Hidden Gem Breakfast anywhere on Disney.
