Disney have used a variety of manufacturers, B&M being the big notable exception for steel. Vekoma seem the most popular.
Matterhorn Bobsleds - Arrow
Space Mountain WDW - Arrow
Space Mountain DL - Dynamic Attractions (for the re-track)
Space Mountain DLP - Vekoma
Space Mountain HKDL - Vekoma...
They should rightly get flack over that. At that age boys things and girls things shouldn't even come into it.
Out of all the rubbish ideas Disney have had recently this is not one of them. The #1 complaint you see about the busses online is how they're not magical enough and just like any bus you could ride in any city in the world. Then they come up with something a bit unique and now it's not boring...
As a homage to movies, Cinemagique does a much better job than the GMR in a much smaller space. I'd be sad to see GMR go though as it really is a large centrepiece ride that made Disney different from any regional park.
For anyone not near a comic book store (or in a different country), I picked it up on the official Marvel Android app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.marvel.comics) for £2.50 shared across all my devices, which wasn't too bad I thought.
