LOL, one crane? here in BFE Georgia, we have Four cranes to place an overpass over a four lane road and a single set of tracks

they may just be shoring up some unstable ground there... or was there a pond there at one time?

i would think that they would go vertical in FL since the water table is about 18 inches below the surface

wasnt it said that there is major electrical junctions and other things that couldnt be easily/quickly moved in that location
