Mexico’s outbreak is contemporaneous with or slightly more recent then the one in the US south. It didn’t cause it. And Florida doesn’t share much of a border with Mexico.

You are hearing news stories about border doctors because a powerful group is pushing a talking point to deflect blame from where it rightly belongs - with them. It’s a textbook example of spin.

Man. Stop hiding behind the term talking points and look at the numbers. How about I drop off an additional 1,500 positive cases to a north eastern small town and see how they like it and manage it?

Depends how many are vaccinated and who is already positive. Same with lallapalooza.

I still don’t get why people can’t be concerned with both. Just because some talking head brings it up on tv, no one is allowed to legitimately be concerned? But whatever.

No. Most of that is due to the unvaccinated and delta. Obviously.
But the surge across the border is also contributing to spread in certain communities. introducing a couple thousand covid positive individuals to a community is likely to do that. I don’t get why this is so controversial. I believe one area has seen a 900% increase in positive tests from these individuals over the last month. It’s just adding to the problem for these communities. So yes. Concerned.

One is magnitudes larger than the other. As you say get people vaxxed it is the way out and maybe those living in border communities should do the same? Then it doesn't matter and they can save their fear and outrage for something that does matter like climate change?

My guess is they would decline to hear it. I don’t see a majority of conservative justices overturning a lower court decision in favor of a Governor who is putting government imposed limitations on private businesses. Then again, who knows since they can certainly decide any way they see fit and we cannot always assume they will follow pre-defined roles. It would be very out of character for this court and could set a precedent that will be hard to walk back. They are too smart to fall in that trap.
