It feels very short when you are on it...the brakes in the show building ruin the experience. and having the ride split into three sections heightens the feeling of shortness... The Launch, The Canopy run, The show building. The don't flow together, they are like three acts. Sure the Canopy is cool...and it is exciting to see the coaster zoom outside, but from a storyline standpoint, it makes no sense and sort of takes you out of the world of tron..you are outside, then braking hard, then dropping into the show building with too many brakes. It is a beautiful ride, and a fun idea, it is just too short...
That about sums up my thoughts on it too. It is not thrilling enough or long enough to be a coaster person's coaster, and it is a neat aesthetic, but not themed enough or story placement enough to be evoking a theme for many tastes.

I have yet to tell this forum my tale and observations from my RoTR Boarding Group experience the other week. At least we were able to get on the thing. My brother is down there now and wasted a whole day at Hollywood Studios trying to get on that ride. I guess the silver lining if you're correct is that people actually enjoy going to the Magic Kingdom so they won't be upset if they cannot ride TRON for a while.
