The box is an unfortunate decision which feels too much like Universal, but it should be hidden within most of the park itself.

That view from the Contemporary will be less impressive.

I'm sure the children staying for the first time ever at the resort will just be completely triggered over the fact that the box can be seen...

Listen I get the complaint but saying a view of one of the happiest places on earth is "ruined" because of a additional building is really reaching snobbish levels of fanboying...

I'm sorry that this will forever be a non magical view anymore...

Might as well just shutter the Contemporary because no more magic can ever be gained from this vantage point...

Yeah the secret of the contemporary/ BLT is that the views are already terrible. Look kids, roofs! A bus station! And a castle that is no where near is big as it looks from inside the park!

Wait, who’s triggered and can’t handle a different opinion? ;)

its kinda weird having 2 similar rides right next to each other, but i think once the tron building/canopy is all finished, it will be a welcome addition to tomorrowland. the ride itself looks amazing on youtube. also if they retheme autopia with similar lighting, thatd be a swell update

I’ve ridden both and the only thing they have in common is that they’re both coaster.

TRON is fast, smooth, takes place in side a video game, goes outside and the seating position is unique.

Space is long, slow, rickety, takes place in outer space.

I like both but wish TRON was longer. Space needs to be retracked. It will really show its age once TRON opens.

Oh lordy things are getting heated! Hahaha. My frustration just mostly comes from the lack of attention to theming, especially when the relatively new Storybook Circus did such a good job of it.

You are not kidding. It has less durration than Goofy's Barnstormer. I found the thing to be highly overrated.
It actually doesn't feel short. It was fine. Most rollercoasters from Six Flags , Cedar Point etc, are roughly a minute only. It looks longer cause of the lift hill. Launch coasters will feel short cause it's so fast. I do have a problem with too many brakes mid ride. I think it was 3 mid brakes in the show building. Other than that, I think everyone can ride this without feeling too scary.

It is great that it does not feel short to you, that is an opinion. It is nothing against you or the fun you had.
Objectively, it is shorter than most launch coasters from station to final brake run. Also, most modern permanant park coasters that are not junior coasters being under a minute is not factual, even without the lifthill. If we are comparing launch coasters form 20 years ago or regional park coasters from nearly 30 years ago, than Iger's hubris into resting on the long previous laurels is really showing.

It feels very short when you are on it...the brakes in the show building ruin the experience. and having the ride split into three sections heightens the feeling of shortness... The Launch, The Canopy run, The show building. The don't flow together, they are like three acts. Sure the Canopy is cool...and it is exciting to see the coaster zoom outside, but from a storyline standpoint, it makes no sense and sort of takes you out of the world of tron..you are outside, then braking hard, then dropping into the show building with too many brakes. It is a beautiful ride, and a fun idea, it is just too short...
