Wouldn't that just mean not cooked in Animal Fat or does Vegan have a different set of requirements.
Vegan labels imply no animal products were used in or in the manufacturing of a product. Some sugars aren't vegan because they are processed through bone chard, honey isn't considered vegan etc.. It pays to always read labels if it's a concern as with any food concern

Well, fortunately I'm not concerned. I can think of no other reason why animals exist then as part of our food chain and one way or the other we are all going to die, so, I'm not waiting until my next life to enjoy it. I'd rather enjoy now then spend the last few years of my life in a chair drooling.
