Eek, it has been freezing drizzle/mist all day and now it was announced that all afterschool activities have been canceled. I have a short drive home so I'm not worried about that but I'm a little concerned about the walk through our parking lot. Maybe I'll watch the kids walk through it first on the way to their bus and then I will know how carefully I need to walk!

My husband would run away with all those onions on top, but I think it looks delicious. I did put onions in mine, but I chop them up very fine, so they pretty much dissolve within the soup!

My dh doesn’t like onion, so I just pre-cooked them and added them to mine.

Thanks it was actually just wet when I went outside, but as it gets colder it will probably be slick. We had chicken cordon blue, wild rice and will probably watch a Disney movie. Or if hubs gets his way....a combination horror comedy show called The Bachelor.

Thanks it was actually just wet when I went outside, but as it gets colder it will probably be slick. We had chicken cordon blue, wild rice and will probably watch a Disney movie. Or if hubs gets his way....a combination horror comedy show called The Bachelor.

I suggest a certain Disney movie featuring a certain cooking utensil to remind him of the consequences of watching that horror show in a public viewing area

Actually I kind of like the Bachelor too, it is kind of fun to laugh at how crazy the girls are.

Tangled might be the movie I fall asleep to tonight though. It's been at least 3 weeks since I've watched it and I'm sure Flynn is missing me.

Aww thanks. He worked until 9 last night and may again tonight. Still outages around. At least he didn’t go out of town.
