Interesting. If I would see quesdadilla con queso on a menu I would think that it would be a quesadilla (which has cheese in it already), with more cheese.The teacher might be of certain location. Some states and cities have their own differences.
For example.. quesadilla in 99% of Mexico a tortilla with cheese inside.
in certain areas of mexico city and the estate of mexico, the name is "quesadilla con queso". (quesadilla means a tortilla with anything in these places)



Then you wait for the pot to get up to pressure after that. Anyway, by the time you go through all that, it was more like an hour and 20 minutes by the time you're finished cooking.
