She thinks the amount of bars is too intrusive in the Carnival, they are easy to dodge in the Oasis.

As for pools, the difference is clear once you see everything from above, specially if you do not have a Havana style room.

There were no more bars than I expected on the Valor. Very convenient, IMHO...!!! :hilarious:
As a kinda' side note, the only slight issue we had was there was a trivia contest we wanted to attend on our last sea day. It turned out it was at the bar connected to the casino, that also allowed smoking. Not gonna' do that. Last time we went to a bar that allowed smoking it was many years ago with a couple we knew from Girl Scouts, and they were both smokers. Woof! We drove home with the windows down, and when we got home we immediately washed all our cloths and took a shower...! Even after brushing our teeth (and we didn't smoke, it was just so heavy in the air) we could still taste it a bit...! :hungover: :depressed:

As far as the pools go, as I posted before, we thought we had plenty of them very accessible to our cabin. Never even gave it a second thought.
But, then again, each of our vacation styles vary personally, as well as based on who we're traveling with, etc. Again, whatever works...!!!

I went to a 2cellos concert last week. It was rescheduled concert due to scheduling conflict.

This was a concert that I think my old music appreciation teacher in high school would've gave me extra credit for. Imagine 2 classically train cello players playing songs that people wouldn't expect to be played with a cello. It was outstanding. For those are not familiar with them, here are 3 live videos of their past live work

Sabritas as in the brand, but we call them "papitas fritas" "papas fritas" (fried potatoes) or "potato chips".

We had a cabin at the very back of the ship on our last Dream cruise and we loved being back there and the veranda was bigger than the last one we had. I think we are spoiled now that we had a veranda that last two times, but it is so nice to have that little extra "deck" space for our exclusive use. When we cruise again someday we will definitely get a veranda of any size!

Yes, indeed!!! It's kinda' like flying coach vs. first class...there is NO comparison...!!!!!!! :joyfull:

Last cruise and next cruise our rooms are on Lido Deck. (We booked the same exact rooms. :) ) There's two rooms past ours and then the doorway out to the pool area. Also a very short walk for drinks and food. Surprisingly, and most thankfully, we hear zero noise from people at the pool, the music or the night pool movies in our room. I like that...a lot.

Hahaaa...!
Yea, we weren't that close, but, we also never heard anything from cabins next to us. Not a sound, and they were all occupied! We were impressed with that!

When I hear cello I think of The Piano Guys. I love their Star Wars tribute.
