I think the larger part of his point was overlooked.

People who are saying Disney doesn't spend money are wrong. They do spend money - it's just not on stuff they want, and that's an entirely different discussion.

Yeah Disney does indeed spend money, On stock buybacks while letting the parks rot all the while raising prices and cutting back at the parks.. Wall St LOVES Disney.
