I am in with a lower body workout. It called for a kettle bell, but I don't have one. I just used a 15 lb dumb bell. I did some swings with it, wow. My heart rate got up there without any impact, which is really great. I am all about conserving cartilage these days! lol
My husband made chili tonight. I had a little bit, I wasn't feeling it.

after the last couple of years I'm not complaining just stating) but it sure beats snow. So I've already put a yoga dvd in to do once I kick everybody out. Yea Monday!
