IMHO, (day 2 of opening) it was Wattos Grotto with a Wookie and a Vader squeeze meet and greet. It was worth it for my wife to get a hug and photo with Chewie, but then we left for the Tune in Lounge.
I'll link to it if I can but Orlando Sentinel had an article up and it seems Mangum is suggesting this exhibit is permanent but things will be switched out to keep it updated. And Chewbacca and Vader aren't necessarily going to always be there, so get those photos in. And they also defend the cheap design as deliberately not wanting to put you into the world. LOL. Seriously. But anyway ... it is what it is. I'm looking forward to judging it for myself soon. It's alright for what it is. COULD more effort have gone into it? Absolutely. Is it what they claimed it would be? Yes it is. So ... is what it is.

Don't worry everyone, all they need to do is add this and everything will be as it should be (apparently).

Just because people call all promotional art "concept art," that doesn't mean all promotional all was made during concept development. We shouldn't base a final product on concept art. Concept art is exactly that...and the final product doesn't/won't necessarily represent the artwork...
I've heard it described as a "one Man's Dream" but Star Wars style.
Depends if it's concept art or artists impression. One is how it could look and one is how it should look.We shouldn't base a final product on concept art. Concept art is exactly that...and the final product doesn't/won't necessarily represent the artwork...
Since it's now 'permanent' now I'm REALLY worried about the quality of SWL going forward
^^ ThisWhy? This is exactly as advertised..... If people set their expectations elsewhere, then that's on them.

No need to be sorry. I thought about the purpose of this temp exhibit, looked at the concept art, and expected essentially a Star Wars version of One Man's Dream. That's what it is, so it met my expectations. To each, his or her own.(Eeyore voice) Sorry if we expected better from Disney.
Yes but how permanent can this possibly be? From what I heard, this'll just a preview center until the land opens. If they did in fact say it was permanent, they must mean semi as in it may be here in 5 years but it probably won't in 10.Since it's now 'permanent' now I'm REALLY worried about the quality of SWL going forward
I have neither aim. Was just sharing my personal opinion based upon pictures. Maybe I'll feel differently when I see it in person.Which means some people are complaining for their own trolling and attention....
