Ahh, got it. No, I Googled it and a type of ferret came up, not skunk. Although Pepe is one of my favorite characters. Somehow it's more adorable when an animated skunk doesn't take no for an answer. In real life, he'd be looking at many lawsuits!

I just learned today that my mosquito bite allergy has a name. It's called Skeeter Syndrome. Not exactly the most medical-sounding name, IMO. I guess they were feeling lazy that day.

I make a pretty decent apple pie, except I cheat by using Trader Joe's frozen pie crusts. They're really yummy, though.

My talents lay with meals. I am pretty darn good at making tasty meals. Desserts well not so much, I even have issues with Jello. Thankfully my DD loves to make all sorts of desserts.

My DD said it is the hardware. It is insured for 2 years and it is 1.75 years old. Tomorrow it goes to the Apple Wizard.

What is the sauce that those lovely shrimp are swimming in? Yum. It might actually make those gritty things taste good. I wonder when I move South someday if I will have to learn to like Grits?

A completely had for you dinner going to be served up here tonight. Cheddar Mac and Cheese and Maple Breakfast Sausage.

After that I will have to go for a bike ride and walk the dog.

Awesome pictures. That hurricane looks fantastic. I think I'm going to New Orleans now...ok maybe I'll just watch Princess and the Frog.

But the Bigger Question is will you still have a Hurricane while watching the Princess and the Frog?

I don't have it often, but Cream of Wheat is one of my favorites. I don't have it often because I like it, but, only with tons of sugar added. So I always feel guilty about eating it, besides to do it right it takes so much time. I found that CoW is not terribly microwave friendly. It's quite bubbly!

Cream of Wheat was o.k., but CoW didn't have Markey--my favorite hot cereal was always Maypo. In the 1960s, my mother sent away for a Marky Maypo vinyl doll for me. Marky was sitting down with his hands pointed downward, and you'd put your cereal bowl in front of him, and he'd "hold" the bowl for you! HAHAHAHA! I'd have breakfast with Markey!
