How have they changed it? I'm curious because I've only been going for 10 years. I like to know the changes.It USED TO BE awesome!

They feature various gospel groups, the price varies so check with the HOB box office, and they serve brunch stuff like eggs, potatoes, grits, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, ham, and fruit. They also have mac and cheese, chicken and waffles, rice and beans, ribs, salads, and desserts.

Good point.I actually like the parades. They're a fun diversion, and they also attract hordes of people; that means less people are in queues for the rides. So i think they serve a two-part purpose.

In Canada and Britain poppies are worn for Remembrance Day/Armistice Day (Veterans Day in the US) but my understudying is that they are properly worn for Memorial Day here in the US even though the practice is not as popular. I couldn't find any poppy pins for sale so I made my own.

I've lost two inches, in height . A lot of the kids in grade school were taller than me.Good Lord. That much...?
I've always heard about losing an inch or so (when standing straight up, and not hunched over) over the years due to spinal compression and so forth, but, not 3 inches.
Last time I was measured at the docs office I was down to 5'-9-1/2" from my former 5'-10". I thought to myself... "Only about another half inch to go. Not too bad."

Being from New Orleans I naturally love parades. We'll have a parade for anything not just Mardi Gras. But I like to get thrown free stuff at parades.

Several other people here on WDWMagic have given it good reviews. I think much of the criticism of the movie is way too cynical but there is some criticism I agree with. I went into the film with really low expectations though. Plus, I liked the message of the film so much that I was able to overlook a lot of things in the film that could have been better. I think it will take multiple viewings for me to make a complete judgement.

It would be nice to see a few changes to Illuminations but It's such a great show as it is and I'm scared they might ruin it. I hope they always keep the Illuminations music. I just don't think there's any topping it.
Fantasmic, however, could use some upgrading to make it as good as Disneyland's.

I think reality shows are a cop out. Cheap to do and film. Waste of time IMHO. I don't get the voyeur aspect of watching other people's "pretend" lives.

One of the few times we saw them with an animal there it was a bat that had injured it's wing. Nothing as pretty as a tiger.Whenever I go to WDW, I always have one big highlight each trip.
Now, I know that a number of people aren't big fans of Rafiki's Planet Watch, but I always liked the little train ride that goes there, and I find that general area to be peaceful with the petting zoo and all, and not as hectic as the rest of the park.
Anyway, when I entered Conservation Station, I walked over to the veterinary treatment room (the big picture window, where you can see inside) and saw something amazing! There was a 300-pound, female Bengal tiger on the operating table!!
(She was sedated, and there were vets and technicians all around her.) I was only about 12 feet away from her (again, shielded by the window). They were trying to mend her ear, because she had been in a fight with another tiger and was injured. By the way, you should have seen the size of her large paws!! Yikes!
She was a gorgeous animal, and I was thrilled to get such an up-close look at her and watch the vets work their magic. This was one of the very best experiences I have had in all of my visits to WDW over the years!

I love parades too. We used to have a Columbus Day parade, when growing up. I looked forward to that every year.
