I feel your pain!!!!!!!! I almost feel guilty as it's a balmy 32, going up to 50....hopefully! or I'll be back to posting groundhog recipes! At 5:35 a.m., it's 28 degrees out on April 2nd! HA! (The weather man on TV this morning said that normal temps this time of year for our area are 45-50. Heh, heh . . .)
Planning for Disney? Sounds like a good thing to me!THNX He already has a first choice for college and wants to get as much scholarship money as he can, to save us money. He's planning to spend any money we've saved at Disney. Not sure if this is good or bad.
Yes but on my dime!Planning for Disney? Sounds like a good thing to me!

And the strawberry shortcake is to die for.We went in November.
It was great. It had one teeny, tiny Frozen reference that had me laughing so hard I cried!
The food was okay, but in my opinion, you don't really go for the food. Except the corn bread. You go for the corn bread!
I actually knew that, I felt it necessary, however, to take advantage of the way you worded it. I'm very territorial!Oh my. No, I would NEVER even THINK of invading your territory...
As evidenced by the fact that I was actually referring to the day, and NOT her...!![]()

When I was working for the bus company, I used to teach defensive driving. Sometimes all I could do was shake my head in disbelief at just how little anyone knows about driving defensively. They could always quote who had the right of way, but, never seemed to know what to do to avoid the folks that are not alert enough to care. It is a topic that comes up constantly and yet everyone seems to ignore it. I don't know why! I know that I have been saved from many accidents due to the fact that I was always aware and always prepared for someone to do something stupid on the highway. I was never disappointed by them. Do you have any idea how many people cut in front of a moving bus just because they don't want to be behind it? Many times instead of being behind it, they become part of it.Amen to that. My son is going to be 16 this summer and he is registered for drivers ed and I tell him the same thing.

Good one!Unlike some people who are ticked when the light turns red juuuust as you get to the intersection, I just relax and figure God wanted to slow me down for two minutes.
When we get to Heaven I think we're going to be shocked how many of life's little inconvenient delays prevented us from being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
I tried that one the last trip! He says if it doesn't fit we don't need it, That was until he found out the boys got him Salacios sp? Crumb. You can have stuffed shipped home.

We have red light cameras down here. If you go through a red light, odds are you'll get a ticket in the mail. And, I've heard it said up here that, "Red means speed up!" (I'm super careful crossing the streets in the city when the light turns red for traffic; I've seen a lot of scary near-misses.)
So would you suggest the curriculum needs to be revised to include more about defensive driving or should it happen with the driving time? I'm interested in what you think about this subject. I would like to help my kids learn to be better defensive drivers. My daughter is only 20 so she is still a young driver. When I was working for the bus company, I used to teach defensive driving. Anyway, more and more emphasis should be put on it, even if it is part of one's hands on driving test. If ever there is a time to be a defensive driver, that would be it.
Not me.You can have stuffed shipped home.
