I had to sign in for my class today and I skipped line 13 and signed on line 14. Can't be too careful.
Maybe the same amount as licks to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop.No idea. How many does posts does it take to get to the next page?
Oh she's been fine. She's enjoying the fact they haven't had a full week of school since the second week of December.
Thank God. Glad she's on her way home.
So I had my interview in Miami last week. And it looks like I am definitely going to Israel probably around mid May or June. And that's where we are with that so far.
It's FREEZING here in So Flo!!!
Brrrrrrrr
I'm okay with having an actual summer since we didn't last year.I'm okay with that.
My sister Rachel is having a girl! She's expected in April. She already named her Kilie!

My day off. What shall we do?
1. Homework
2. Laundry
3. Watch Frozen.
Hmm...such hard choices.
One perk of being the only adult traveling with a child, they send us both through the regular line.
I told y'all Elsa did it.

Not faulting your decisions, but, we cannot deal with life by hiding from it. My youngest Daughter decided to attend college in New Orleans (Tulane). She would call me and tell me about a shooting just outside her dorm or a friend who went out on a date and was held up and her date shot dead so they could get the 20 dollars he had left in his wallet.
Every thing in my being was screaming at me to get her out of there, but, in the end it was her decision to stay where she was. In many ways I admire her for that and today, trust me, she is far more willing to live without fear, but, with a real sense of just how unpredictable life can be and just live it the best she can. One doesn't always have to go to trouble to find it. Sometimes it finds you!
I actually did.
When I was in 7th grade in NoCal, I had a science class that was co-taught (larger than normal classroom) by Mrs. Baker and Mr. Briscoe.
She was this big-haired, blond Texas toad, and he was a turtleneck wearin', bearded California hippie. They were such a hoot together...!!!![]()

I know that. I still went to class yesterday (though I checked an extra three or four times that my car doors were locked and I moved my portable air compressor for my tires out of sight). I just prefer being on a campus where I don't have to worry about that kind of thing. Heck, my school doesn't even have police. Security is made up or retired cops. The police only come for football games and if they're called (which other than the shooting scare, I only ever got a message that they had been there once).
It's more been a culture shock getting alerts about armed robberies and stolen vehicles on campus.
Also, a sidenote, the area was just one of many reasons I didn't go to that other school.
