We went on the Backstage Magic tour last week and they let us take pictures at one of the stops. These are from the Tree farm behind Animal Kingdom. It was interesting to see the different topiaries in various stages of growth

Walt and Deana were our guides. It was a great tour. They now include Animal Kingdom, so you get to go to all 4 parks.
A few more pics: Some obviously are in need of some rehab

Those look like they were from this years Flower and Garden Festival. I was there at the end of the festival and those were the topiaries we saw.

I did this tour a number of years ago, before they added AK to it. I really enjoyed it then and would have considered doing it again except I don't want to eat at Whispering Canyon for lunch.

One of my favorite facts is that the Savannah on Kilimanjaro Safaris was specifically designed to be facing the tree farm to make the distance of landscape look even more massive than it actually is. The More You Know!

No photographs backstage, but you can take pictures when you are "onstage" in the public parts of the park. The guide said we could take pitures at the Tree Farm now.........I suppose there aren't that many secrets there.

The tour starts off at Epcot and you get to see the inner workings of American Adventure. We actually got to see the test run of the show and watch the animatronic figures go up and down. Then we walked around World Showcase a little before it opened to the public. We drove by the Monorail roundhouse and visited several areas at central shops. Saw a lot of Space Mountain projects..........mainly car frames and fiberglass bodies. There were also 2 Monorail sections under tarps that the guides really wouldn't say much about. Central shops is the best part of the tour in my opinion.
Then we visited the costume shop an HS and also Tower of Terror. We went through the Utilidoors at MK and had a tour of mainstreet. Then the Tree Farm and finally float storage at AK and we watched the parade there. You see a lot just on the bus ride between stops that I didn't include
