Disney Pittsburgh news question

Before I fell asleep last night the news in Pittsburgh said "Coming up at 11, big plans for Disney...something they've never done before..."

I missed it, anyone know what this could be refering to?:shrug::wave:

Pretty sure it was WPXI (NBC). I didn't find anything except something from a few days before about the D23 expo in the fall at Disneyland - apparently they are remaking Tron which I didn't know. But not positive that was what the announcement was.

I would be 95% certain it involved The Princess & the Frog ... though the story is fairly old news to Disney fans most media outlets (I saw it front page in 6 or 7 different 'Life' sections of local newspapers across the country last week) are just beginning to break stories about it.

It might have something to do with DL's Summer Night-Tastic. I know they've started putting videos on YouTube promoting it a few days ago. They're getting a 10,000 pound dragon Audio-Animatronic to replace the old one.

And as for the topic....Do you know what news station you were watching? Might be able to find it on their website....

I tried searching the three network's local websites and found nothing. I even googled pittsburgh and Disney and only came up with a lot of hits about the agreement with CMU and Disney to design robots but those were from 2008.

Their prices are more than reasonable for F&B.

Let's see how about:

1. Lower ticket prices due to recession NOT!

2. How about free dining during summer NOT!

3. How about Disney thinking ahead and having more than one bus per resort @ closing time NOT!

4. How about a DME driver not beggin' for tips NOT.

5. How about a stroller speed limit so the back of legs don't feel like Crosby slash (sorry for the hockey referrence) NOT.

6. How about total ban of Brazillian tour groups, or a least lift the stroller speed limit ban when they stop for no apparent reason in front of you NOT.

7. How about 30 second time limit per person for ordering food at counter service NOT.

8. How about actually kicking drunk people out of EPCOT after puking on my kids during the first weekend of F&W NOT.

9. How about setting aside 5 or 10 percent of the Tables for walk up customers @ TS NOT.

10 Finally how about Disney stop being so great (the top 9 excluded) so I actually have an excuse for NOTcoming back every year.
