So what are the odds that we get past this Spring Break/Easter/4+3 surge and everything plummits back to the desolate, great recession-sized crowds everyone seemed to think were reasonable to expect a few months ago? Are all of these masses of people showing up now folks that either wouldn't have gone period without the deal or folks that may have been inclined to go later in the year but accelerated their plans to take advantage of the deal and now won't be coming in July, etc.? Or will folks just keep on flipping the bird at the recession and keep attendance normal or better the rest of the year?

It's a good question. I think we have to wait and see on this one. All predictions are out the window. :)

I'm thinking (and I'm probably wrong) that Easter Sunday should be crazier than all the other days so people can say they were in the MK on Easter.

MK has now reopened (1pm). They have all gone to Blizzard Beach which has now also closed despite it being only 70 degrees.

I am sure this will turn into a discussion about parks are always busy during Easter, they are no where as busy as they use to be thread. Will be back @ midnight to see the outcome.

Oh well, it looks like it's time to hoof it over to the Contemporary and rent a sea raycer. :)

I wonder what the wait is for those on a day like today?

Wow this is amazing!

Is this a new record? Has the Magic Kingdom ever closed 3 days in a row like this due to capacity before? I really can't wait to see the attendance numbers for 2009!

BTW: Please post more pictures please!
