I'm not sure if they are or not. The picture is from September 29, 2008 if that helps though.

Okay. Its just that I've usually seen IASW with a yellow glow to the lights. Now that they are a bluish white makes me think they're LEDs.

Shells are a popping during this weeks Freaky Friday's Fireworks Fantastical Festival update...

The reindeer and the gingerbread men are much nicer at DL than WDW. WDW's gingerbread men look cheap and creepy, and the reindeer look comical. I much prefer the elegant reindeer and detailed gingerbread men at DL.
