2...Polynesian and Fort Wilderness (cabin)

Polynesian was the best-decor, on monorail, short walk to TTC, and wonderful view of Cindy's Castle from 3rd floor of Tahiti! (Although Ft Wilderness cabin was our only choice at that time--had 3 kids with us!)

You can see the ones I claim in my siggy. Too bad we're not counting defunct resorts or ones like The Disney Inn in the poll!

My favorite hands down is Wilderness Lodge, but I'm super excited about the Poly in a few weeks!

I don't like the way the value resorts look, they are just way too over the top for me, and I need my space in the room. I know some people just absolutely love the decor, but it's just not for me. Also, as far as the value and moderates go, my husband hates that they are motel-like in that they have all exterior corridors and have double beds (he's 6'3" and built like a linebacker).

Have stayed at nine different Resorts. Sentimental favorite is Caribbean Beach--my sister and I grew up at this place, once a year from 1988 to 2000. I'd never have a problem staying at the Caribbean again.

Currently, we have been hitting Yacht Club hard. Definitely the new favorite for its convenience, large rooms, overall atmosphere, and all the recreation it has to offer. And the water view rooms overlooking BoardWalk are awesome at any time of day or night.


My least favorite was an All-Star. I felt like a trapped prisoner, not much to do. But I really liked the other value Pop Century. Their lake made all the difference I think.

Pop's my favorite. Love the decor and food court.:sohappy:

PO was real nice, but the pool was closed when I was there as well as the old table service restaurant. So it went down a few pegs. I did like the boat to DD and the food court. But not as much as POP.

I'd REALLY like to stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge or the Poly, but I can't justify the expense.:cry:

I stay at the Swan and Dolphin more times than not just due to the good deals you can usually get $159 a night for a Deluxe Resort is great in my book. But, recently I have found someone that my wife works with and have been renting his DVC points and stayed at the Beach Club Villas and the Boardwalk Villas and will be staying at the Beach Club Villas again this October.

Animal Kingdom Lodge, Beach Club, Caribbean, Coronado Springs, Port Orleans-French Quarter, Port Orleans-Riverside, Pop, All-Star Movies, All-Star Music.

My favorite constantly changes. Whichever hotel I'm in, that's my favorite. Coronado has the best bus service. Port Orleans is great for the boat ride to Downtown Disney. Pop is great for value, and I love it at Christmas time with the Christmas music and decorations. Beach Club was great for location. And I loved looking at the animals at Animal Kingdom Lodge. The All-Stars would probably be my least favorite, but they're better than staying off site.

I'd also have to add the Swan too.

We are DVC members at OKW and truly love the place. The Poly is truly
a great place. We have stayed there a couple of times and it is also
great.

My family has stayed at the Poly, POR and POFQ.

I stayed at AS Sports by myself in 2006 on a solo trip.

Me and my dad stayed at Cont and GF.


I am planning at staying at either AKL, Boardwalk, or YC this summer.

I've only stayed at Coronado Springs, but we have stayed there twice, and I am scared to go else where because both times there were amazing, and I am afraid Ill ahve a bad time somewhere else!
