In your opinion, what is the most relaxing place that you have visited at WDW?

I like the wishing well outside of the castle at the MK.
I also like the porch outside of Cape May Cafe at the BC Resort. There are huge rocking chairs that you can sit in.

Anyone else have a special relaxing spot?

I am a big fan of the rocking chairs at the Wilderness Lodge (anywhere in that lobby is nice) or the rocking chairs in front of Crocket's Tavern at Fort Wilderness. (Yes - there seems to be a rocking chair theme here...)

They also have some great quiet spots on the beach at the Poly too...

The corridor next to Innoventions West that borders on the Epcot 25th gallery. Silent as a... quiet... thing. :animwink:

Keeping with the Beach Club theme, those lounge chairs on the sand beach by the lake, with pina colada in hand are hard to beat.

oh so many places to choose from, I'll name a few that come to mind,on the balcony at night at Port orleans french quaters (walking around POFQ as a whole at night after we get back from the parks) another relaxing mode for me as when you get your own empty bus at night on the way back to your resort and you can just look at all the lights and such..ohh one more lol, (for some reasons these are all at night)anywho, after returning from the parks and i return to the room to put some comfy cloths and shoes on walking back to the food court to get a late night snack is VERY relaxing, the cool florida air at night and my big resort mug :sohappy:

I kinda agree with the TTA, and also SSE (but I also find Mission Space relaxing :) ).
But my all time favorite spot to relax is the outside veranda at Cosmic Ray's overlooking the Castle, bridge and waterfalls, especially mid-afternoon (after the lunch rush).

I can sit for hours on the top of the train station in the MK. (Town Square is my favorite place in all of WDW.) The chairs up there are not the comfiest, but I hardly notice. If I do want something a little more comfy I'll grab a rocker on the porch of Exhibition Hall, another great people-watching spot on Town Square.

Sitting on the beach and the Yacht and Beach Club, eating ice cream and watching The Incredibles. At least that was where it was on my last vacation.

A hammock on the beach at the Poly
Yes, the TTA!
The gardens in France and the maze in the UK
The gazebo and butterfly garden at POR

I think, though, that I am relaxed anywhere in WDW since I am away from the responsibilities of home.

Anyplace at Coranado Springs. It's the most underrated place at Walt Disney World and may be the best maintained. Very peaceful and seperated from the "mayhem" of the other resorts. Don't miss it if you have never been.

There's a few I have what I'd call relaxing..

Magic Kingdom -Tommorowland At Night right by CoP there's an elongated bench and right by it a few feet down is a popcorn vendor..I get a box of popcorn,a coke and sit there and listen to the sounds echo through the park..it's so awesome.

Epcot - Innoventions Plaza....I never get tired of listening to the 19min and 50min loops.

Animal Kingdom - The seating area behind Flame Tree Barbecue it has such a neat view of Everest and the lagoon.

Hollywood Studios - Backlot Express..The seating area where the Weasel's Toon Patrol Car is from Who framed Roger Rabbit. Not only you can eat your food but get a neat view of The Indiana Jones Epic stunt show.

Downtown Disney - This has to be my favorite one. Between Wolfgang Pucks & Bongo's There's a bunch of benches facing the lagoon. I go get a Wetzel Pretzle Dog and just let the warm Florida air relax me...*sigh* Oh Man I can't wait to go back...
