I wondered the same myself, the only thing that I noticed was the ramp itself (rails and osb board type ramp) it was there our whole trip(8/31 - 9/9) in the moment of magic I only gave it a passing glance though. :hammer:

I think I read somewhere and saw pics where that railing is for some pavement resurfacing going on. I'm not sure exactly how long ago it was but it was fairly recent.

Not me. This was taken without a flash. If I'd used a flash it would have been much brighter.
