While I personally think they'll go with April 12th as the day for the official opening celebration, that price hike could indeed indicate something in the cards for late March. Compared with this year's price calendar (noting that Easter was a week later), there's a big change!

April 12th would be after Easter though. It seems odd they would choose to miss that holiday.

That said the Paris schools Spring Holidays fall much later (April 18th) so perhaps that’s not a major consideration.

I'm specifically talking about the opening celebration, not the actual opening of the land. I think having soft openings during Easter could be a good way to go. Either way, it's more than fair to assume it'll open around late March to Mid April.

I’m still not sure what’s the screenshot from Jim Hill is showing.

This is what I currently see for a 1 day 2 park ticket in March…

Having failed to find it on the DLP ticket pages, I did some digging.

It’s the price per person per night for 2 nights, 3 days at Cheyenne on the DLP site.

It’s the hotel that’s bumping the price on the 28th. A 3 day ticket starting then shows a normal Friday & Sat boost.

Thanks for being willing to do more detective work than myself!

This honestly means nothing in the grand scheme of things so just Jim Hill spreading rumours as normal.

Yeah, I agree.

This is simply the hotel hiking up the cost for the weekend before Easter. When school holidays begin for some English schools at least.
