If they're touring press through the area, I expect the remaining exterior work on the Tangled ride and East Pavilion to be done before hand

They're really just putting the finishing touches on the outdoor areas now. Tangled is getting the last bits of theming added to its roof, Regal View getting there also with the lights and some last parts of theming and most of the rest is really close. Heck, we've seen they're adding benches to areas already too, if that doesn't say we're nearing the end I don't know what does...
