Grocery stores, Target lol, anything retail mainly. It's a state of emergency so everything else is practically shut down.
Waffle House in the South open 24/7 even is open during Cat 2/3 Hurricane and the brave souls still go to eat . Who knows if the WH locations in MD will go the same route.

I can't tell you how many times when I was on my way to work in Vermont that all I could think of was not turning into my workplace. I just wanted to keep heading south until I ran into a Palm Tree. I had to strong a feeling of responsibilities to my family to do it, so I waited until they did it first and than followed them. I have not regretted moving yet. I have regretted not doing it sooner though.
