Woah, I've been agreeing with most of your points but let's not get crazy.Did you see how quick they built transformers? An attraction just as complex as Rise in like what… a quarter of the time?

Haha! Maybe I’m remembering it wrong and giving it too much credit…. I’ve only been on it once.Woah, I've been agreeing with most of your points but let's not get crazy.
I rather enjoy transformers as a ride but yeah, it's no where near rise in complexity.Haha! Maybe I’m remembering it wrong and giving it too much credit…. I’ve only been on it once.
Rise is more intricate with the trackless layout and the sheer amount of effects/the simulator part at the end/AAs, meanwhile TF is largely the same tech used in Spider-Man and soon the DLR Avengers ride.Haha! Maybe I’m remembering it wrong and giving it too much credit…. I’ve only been on it once.
As stated, Transformers: The Ride 3D is not “just as complex” as Rise of the Resistance. It doesn’t even have the live fire of its predecessor. The Orlando attraction was also the third time the attraction had been built, with a strong edict to just do it so improvements were not made and mistakes repeated. It had also spent years in development. The attraction was first developed for Universal Studios Hollywood but never received full funding. Genting liked the concept and agreed to fund the project if it opened at their then in development Universal Studios Singapore first.Did you see how quick they built transformers? A land that was trashed on this forum for years right up until it opened with “real fans” vowing to never step foot in it.For me Pandora was the last great thing with basically no downsides.

It is still an odd addition to the park - but it’s done really well.A land that was trashed on this forum for years right up until it opened with “real fans” vowing to never step foot into it.
I’ve made this point as well.A land that was trashed on this forum for years right up until it opened with “real fans” vowing to never step foot into it.
I believe they are legally not allowed to serve at PizzaRizzo beyond 5PM to comply with EPA guest exposure limits and for the greater good of public health.Maybe they should open the multiple shuttered gift shops and keep PizzaRizzo open after 5 pm…![]()
Just because they didn’t announce to the public doesn’t mean they don’t know where it’s going. While Universal is heading full steam ahead on their new park, Disney can’t decide where to put 1 ride!
Transformers is my favorite ride at Universal for pure joy when riding….maybe in all of Orlando, but it’s not on the level of Rise in scope or complexity. They did build it rather quickly but I think it was a clone which helps.Did you see how quick they built transformers? An attraction just as complex as Rise in like what… a quarter of the time?
name calling is not how you make friends![]()
In tech, true... Resistance is much more complex.Starwars and transformers are not even remotely comparables in tech or quality..
We’re gonna have to agree to disagree on “Transformers is fun.” I can’t tell any of the robots apart or discern what’s happening at all on that ride. It’s more fun watching people react to the various pre-show doors on RoTRTransformers is more fun and a MUCH better representation of the IP.
I fail to see how it’s a great concept for a ride. It’s a rollercoaster in an industrial warehouse, likely with some door-sized screens. It seems like a vastly inferior ride concept compared to Tokyos Monsters ride. It’s a damn shame this discourse is happening around this ride (from disneys poor decision making), because this is legit one of the best concepts for a Disney ride that has come in a long time. If it goes in AC, it will likely elevate DHS to an even better park. Excited to see it when it opens.
