Tron is a minute long.So basically tron? I like tron! Don’t think it’ll be good for dhs capacity wise, ESPECIALLY with the fact that it’s gonna be on virtual queue for a long time likley.

Well, we know what happened with the Play Pavillion, the Cherry Tree Lane area in Epcot, the Pixie Hollow in MK...If its officially announced, wouldn’t it be too late?
I think some people gloss over 2020 like it didn’t happen.Well, we know what happened with the Play Pavillion, the Cherry Tree Lane area in Epcot, the Pixie Hollow in MK...
Us smart and logic folks prefer to talk it out here rather than on YouTube where people just comment I'm done with Disney, or my quiet spot, or it's a theme park. Here we go deeper and point the puzzle in together and our real reactions at the same time take a moment to the side and laugh a little together. ❤Ok. Legitimate question. What is going on with so many people who haven't posted for years suddenly becoming quite active since or around this D23? I've looked at a good number of profiles like this in these threads. I'd genuinely like to know, as it just seems very odd.
First two were Covid and last was replaced with something better, so…Well, we know what happened with the Play Pavillion, the Cherry Tree Lane area in Epcot, the Pixie Hollow in MK...
It does feel like we are being "played" a bit in a marketing sense. If I were in Disney Experiences I would be getting a 8 episode show green lit where the Muppets try and save MVIf they can raise $10 million in a telethon by midnight, maybe they can be saved.

Wdym by “played”? About muppetvision? It does feel like we are being "played" a bit in a marketing sense. If I were in Disney Experiences I would be getting a 8 episode show green lit where the Muppets try and save MV
Sure, but they won’t be canceling this, Tropical Americas, or Cars. They announced them much closer to construction starting than has been the case in the 2010s. They are budgeted and commence construction imminently. We will see on Villains and things like Incrediblercoaster and Zootopia. The things getting cancelled after big announcements and press releases has happened long before and will happen after Covid.
Slinky is awesome. A top 5 WDW ride for many. Top 2 for my family.Depends on what you define “well”.
Guardians is excellent across the board.
Slinky is of good length but implemented poorly.
TRON and 7DMT are excellently themed but far too short.
But to the OP point 1-2 omnimover type attractions at DHS would be phenomenal for adding capacity.
That was circa 2007-2008 right? Out of curiosity do you know if that build would’ve impacted or shortened the backlot tour?Just to point out this looks similar to an earlier version of the door coaster. That one fitted inside studio one (which became the TSM 3rd track) and front foyer with a bit more spill.
I think if they could go back in time they would have given it a closing date of on or around January 15, 2024Yes, but there’s no question that is the case. They should have just announced this Saturday. It becomes more problematic to close HoP by the day.
Yes. Something feels off ... which makes me feel its a marketing ploy for something else.Wdym by “played”? About muppetvision?
I think it's a poor show quality attraction but as I have shouted a bunch of times into the void, it is a popular attraction at DHS in an outsized way. It's not even really astute business to unshelve the Door Coaster, it's basic supply and demand. Pretty fun imagining the what-ifs of DHS if this got put in where they first wanted it on the TSM 3rd track.Slinky is awesome. A top 5 WDW ride for many. Top 2 for my family.
What do you mean? What would it be for?Yes. Something feels off ... which makes me feel its a marketing ploy for something else.
In this case, they may replace an area with one show with an area with a show and coaster.
First two were Covid and last was replaced with something better, so…
Mary Poppins seemed charming enough and modest. Honestly a bit surprised it hasn’t been approved as a small Epcot addition for 2026 when not much else is coming online.Plus, the Play Pavilion getting axed was a good thing.

I'm just bringing up the point that there have been officially announced projects that never happened. Those are all recent so they're in my mind, but I can go super far back into the company's history:First two were Covid and last was replaced with something better, so…
