My easy breezy Labor Day of grilling hot dogs and burgers has turned into a full on BBQ as dh picked up a couple of pork butts yesterday

Yep, as I’ve posted before, I always hafta’ wait about a minute, after opening my car door, for the heat to dissipate before getting in so I don’t scorch my lungs…watching the heatwaves flow out is kinda’ like a daytime Aurora Borealis…!!!!!
Even then, everything in the car is still scorching hot…steering wheel, seat belt buckle, console lid where I tend to rest my right elbow, etc.
The AC is still strong, but, in this heat, it still takes a few minutes for things to really start to cool down, ‘cause even the AC ducts were roasting…!!!!!
