SPOILERS: Mandalorian Season 3 (beginning Mar 1, 2023)

Similarly, just binged the last 4 episodes.

Episode 3 is easily my favorite. Gives prequel lore vibes just done right.

Felt like Andor, which honestly may be my favorite show of all time (whereas Mando is many pegs down).

I really like Bo-Katan. Was not a fan of Cara Dune at all in the first seasons, but really liked all the other side characters, and that tradition seems to continue.

I was worried about Episode 3 since it's the lowest-rated Episode across all seasons on IMDB, but honestly, seems like that's just because it didn't feature Mando much. It's like how Boba Fett became Mando season 2.5, just the opposite.

Also, they were so close to rehashing Obi-Wan's scene that required a warning at the start of the episode.

Totally agree! Zeb totally caught me off guard. Does that mean that Bo-Katan will meet Sabine Wren again? Good place to introduce Sabine before showing her in the Ashoka show. Hera has to be hanging around the new Republic somewhere.

This was a great episode and I am really enjoying the arc this season. Yes, it is less focused on Mando and Grogu but they are still prominent and this feels like a natural evolution of the story in regards to the future of Mandalorian "culture".

I can deal with featuring other characters WITH Mando & Grogu if they are ones worth caring about like Bo, the Mandalorians, Greef and Carson were here. Thoroughly enjoyable episode except for the mustache-twirling villain we were stuck with for an hour already. *rolleyes* Throwaway silly Pirates of the Caribbean were throwaway.

Also - the Armorer is probably my favorite character on the show. But she needs to be kept as the secret sauce and not get too much caught up in the plot/fighting. I love her as the Yoda basically.

Great show, but I wish they would stop putting fillers in the episodes. Did we have to see that Asian guy's story for a large part of the last episode? Combat Carl could have just sent the info straight to Mando or even the droid.

Just wow! Is there a reason you needed to refer to a person's race yet again?

Because I don't know the name of his character and it describes what he looks like. People can call me a short, white woman, I'm not sensitive, so I don't care really.

I think calling him x wing pilot or cop or something would of suffice

I guess because they don't have enough good stuff in the can and the numbers for D+ have been horrendous.

I’m not really what this even means. Plenty of series for D+ have done quite well in the (available) ratings so I don’t really get the basis for the claim. The Mandalorian in particular has done very well.

It must've killed a lot of people when the Fellowship split up and they had to read (or watch in the films) boring filler of what the other Hobbits were doing with the trees and the rest of the gang saving a few cities instead of focusing solely on Frodo and the Ring.

Then again why couldn't Frodo just take a ride with Eagles and drop the Ring in. It sure would get to the point.

Eagles have claws. Nazgul are just guys on flying horses. It's not like they have machine guns or heat seeking missiles. I think an eagle could outfly them in a dog fight. Gandalf could give them a protective magic bubble.
