SPOILERS: Mandalorian Season 3 (beginning Mar 1, 2023)

So if Din gets his way, Grogu will be helmeted and none will look at that adorable visage ever again.

Reading some reviews after watching this latest episode reminds me again that I am apparently one of the few people in the world with a properly adjusted television as I had no problem with any of the visuals.

The cave scenes were on the dark side but overall fine. Game of Thrones has had some infamously dimly lit episodes and this was not like that.

I'm watching on a 4K OLED display set to manufacturer recommended settings. I can't increase my brightness without making outdoor scenes too bright, so I'm kind of leaning towards wishing this episode was lit a little brighter?

It looks like this is going to tie into the Ahsoka series as well with Grogu seeing the purrgil.

Was I the only one having Babylon 5 flashbacks during that sequence and freaking out that the Shadows had found Grogu?

Thus far enjoying the season with its main quest/side quest thing.

Grogu is as precious as ever.

Watching this show is like getting into your favorite warm fuzzy robe on a cold evening. It's just delightful and perfectly comfy.

That was a really good episode with a nice mix of action, detailing the post-Empire world, and setting up a bunch of stuff. Curious as to who is leading the Imperials who attacked Bo Katan and Mondo.

I intrigued by what they are building towards in terms of the Mandalorian society.

Was thrilled to see the mountain peak plaza as it’s based on one of my favorite unused concepts. It had been seen in Clone Wars previously.

It was and it was a little long for my liking, but at least was balanced with the Mando action scenes and Dr. Pershing as least "did something" by going for the mobile lab/getting arrested/having his mind flayed so at least it wasn't just exposition.

Really? Mando completed his quest to be re-fellowshipped into the clan. Bo-Katan made a step forward to leading Mandelore again. Now she needs to ride that big monster in the lake she saw or fight Mando for the Darksaber.

On the other side, the Imperial chick grabbed the equipment to restart the force user cloning project.
