Glorified Meet and Greet with lots of tech that will feel outdated really fast.I'm still confused. What exactly is this going to be?

Think Innoventions right before they tore it out. Or the current Imageworks. Or the Spaceship Earth post show area. Big, carpeted, mostly empty, with some random meet-and-greets and computer games that will be outdated before the place opens. It’s… kinda exactly what was there before they closed WoL, but with no educational content, a lot more IPs, and none of the three attractions.I'm still confused. What exactly is this going to be?
No educational content?! Guests will be educated on the most important aspect of the Walt Disney Company: its current IPs. If Chapek’s Magic is too hot for you, you best stay out of the board room.Think Innoventions right before they tore it out. Or the current Imageworks. Or the Spaceship Earth post show area. Probably best to think of it as a transitional phase in the pavilions evolution from unused festival space to… unused festival space.
This does not compute. I was told that I am the Magic. No educational content?! Guests will be educated on the most important aspect of the Walt Disney Company: its current IPs. If Chapek’s Magic is too hot for you, you best stay out of the board room.
I agreed 100% I believe the Magic! This does not compute. I was told that I am the Magic.
Glad someone finally Answered the Call! I’ve been on hold since 10/1/21. As much as I love the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular music, this is getting tedious…I agreed 100% I believe the Magic!

Well, if IP = Magic to the BB&J and You = Magic. Then, You = IP. That's why you're allowed into the Parks. But, your current profit margin is something we'll need to discuss at your next annual review.
Is that why you need to build your own brand ?!Well, if IP = Magic to the BB&J and You = Magic. Then, You = IP. That's why you're allowed into the Parks. But, your current profit margin is something we'll need to discuss at your next annual review.

I'm willing to accept Guardians. It fits thematically with it's corresponding theme.
The Play pavilion is the one I don't get at all, for the new Discovery section. It seems like the real estate could have been used more effectively. Like with a Wall-E attraction for example.
In my head, I connect Test Track, Mission: SPACE, and Cosmic Rewind as a sort of present-to-future exploration of modes of transport (real or imagined) and where they can take us. So, from right to left, you go from terrestrial travel to near-space travel to deep-space travel. I really, really wish Test Track still incorporated some of World of Motion's history to reinforce this and that Cosmic Rewind's pavilion was a more generic exploration of the wonders of the galaxy that we posit might exist, anchored by a "Guardians-sponsored" ride of pure intergalactic fantasy.Could you elaborate on how? (And I'm asking genuinely!) The Discovery section seems a mishmash of technology, scifi, and space travel. I'm interested in hearing from people that see it as cohesive and why. (For example, I could see TT, M:S and maybe even Play connect under technology. I could see M:S and Guardians fit under real and fantasy space travel. I've always struggled to see how they all fit together and a story that could connect them.)
That's an interesting thought. Disney marketing could make good use of that!In my head, I connect Test Track, Mission: SPACE, and Cosmic Rewind as a sort of present-to-future exploration of modes of transport (real or imagined) and where they can take us. PLAY! has never really fit to me, but I suppose you could stretch it and say that it's based on technology that virtually transports you rather than doing so physically.

I agree. That could be a decent NBA replacement.Play! should be in Disney Springs. Shocking and Sad that Disney leadership and Imagineering cannot come up with a proper replacement for Wonders Of Life in a world class theme park.
not only that but to not use the two show buildings for attractions is hideous. Such a waste, but they don't have the skill anymore and don't want to spend so there ya go. and epcot is no longer a world class park to me its just so sad what its become.Play! should be in Disney Springs.
