Zootopia characters confirmed

I wonder how many detractors here have actually seen the movie? Because taking in the themes and locales of Zootopia, it is an insanely good fit. I mean, unless you're one of those people who put their frowny face on for anything going into DAK or Epcot related to an animated IP, in which I hope you're enjoying your 10-year-long boycott of Finding Nemo musical and Festival of the Lion King, scowling at Mickey meeting children in the park.

And for those stomping their feet and saying "never", may I remind you that a Little Mermaid attraction was added in 2011 after over twenty years of languishing development through many regime changes. Never say never.

A Zootopia Ride & Go Seek would be perfect for this...Similar to the Monsters Inc version in TDL..

Love this idea!

So what then is the message of man and nature in the film?

That would be awesome, although since I'm still begging for just a M&G, I won't get my hopes up.

But what's this about a sequel? Pray tell, where did you hear such wonderful news?

As far as a sequel goes, it's pretty much just understood within Hollywood these days, that if a film makes the kind of money, and gets the kind of reviews as Zootopia, that a sequel will get made. At the premier even the press were asking the stars what they would like to see in a sequel, and the directors were discussing and explaining how the movie is kind of open ended as far as where the story leaves the characters, as opposed to a film like Bolt that has a very specific ending, and they talked about other lands they wanted to do but didn't have time for, like a subterranean cave city for nocturnal animals- this was at the Google Talks event they did for Zootopia on Youtube which you can see here

And below in "orange" is roughly the amount of available space they have in Animal Kingdom for future expansion, they have a plenty of room for more than just a meet and greet. Plus Zootopia already broke one Frozen's opening weekend box office records and it looks like it could be on par with movies like Lion King, Toys Story, Finding Nemo, Cars, and Frozen, and get some type of attractions in the parks

What's the message about man and nature in Dinosaur? Finding Nemo? Lion King? Everest? Not every single attraction or area in the park needs to tie to that very specific theme.
Dinosaur is about satiating our curiosity. Expedition Everest has an elongate queue on the cultural personification of the forces of nature. Festival of the Lion King was a cheap, last minute addition and Finding Nemo: The Musical sits in isolation a similar attempt at branded capacity.

I'd honestly think they will go with a TV Series as well called Disney's Zootopia Adventures..

Dinosaur also, much like Jurassic Park, is a story about man's dream of de-extinction and the dangers within, though using time travel to achieve that goal in the most direct manner possible. And Dinoland as a whole is a celebration of our simultaneous reverence (hallowed museums and dig sites) and irreverence (Dinorama, the pop-cultural stuff and the college student pranky stuff) held towards extinct life.

The message is actually about animals evolving against nature and developing human facets of co-existing, and the struggle between the two. But there's no humans technically so I guess that doesn't count in that insanely narrow ideology for every ride in a THEME PARK to base itself around.

Oh and that idea totally means Avatar fits in that world, so... y'know...

Forget it. You're arguing with the guy who wants to pull Splash Mountain out of Frontierland.
