Never been to Universal so mine are:

1. Tower of Terror
2. Expedition Everest
3. Dinosaur
4. Space Mountain (but it's aging and very rough now)
5. Splash Mountain
6. Thunder Mountain
7. Soarin'
8. Safari
9. Rockin' Roller Coaster
10. Pirates of the Caribbean

Sadly, Haunted Mansion isn't even on my list. When I was a kid I absolutely loved this ride and after 17 years of not being on it I was so excited to take my kids on it. I'm not exactly sure what it was but it just wasn't the same and my kids didn't like it. They weren't scared per se but I remember it being more of a "friendly ghost" type ride and it seems at some point during that 17 year absence it changed to be more scary. That and the line was awful. We practically walked to the doors but then we got to the room where you board the carts and it's just this dark funnel and CM's were yelling "keep moving forward!!" and we were like cattle just being pressed against each other.

Thank you sir. You were an inspiration.
Every once in a while, someone starts a thread about their favorite attractions. It's been a while since I've seen one so I thought I'd post my current list of favorite Orlando attractions. They are at WDW or Universal. (Sorry SeaWorld.)

My Top 10 (in no particular order) are:
  1. Haunted Mansion (of course)
  2. Forbidden Journey (of course)
  3. Tower of Terror (an amazing all-around experience)
  4. Spiderman (much better than Transformers)
  5. Expedition Everest (but only with a working Yeti, otherwise Rock n Roller Coaster)
  6. Men In Black (one of the few attractions to try over and over again to get a better score)
  7. Pirates of the Caribbean (HM is better executed but PotC just feels so Disney)
  8. Revenge of The Mummy (probably the most underrated attraction in Orlando)
  9. Teamboat Springs (yes, a water park ride made my list!)
  10. Rip, Ride, Rockit (sorry but my favorite rollercoaster in Orlando; I might be the only one to give it a Top 10)
WDW and Uni both have lots of good attractions. If I made the list next week, I'd probably delete 2 or 3 and add 2 or 3 different ones.

Don't understand how you can rate RRR over RnRc ????

RnRC would make my "Top 11" list.:D

RRR is a large sweeping coaster with an impressive first drop. Love the numerous sweeping twists and turns. Really enjoy being able to pick my song, especially using the secret codes. My DW is not a roller coaster fan at all but even she likes RRR, maybe the only coaster that she's ever liked.

RnRC is limited by being an indoor coaster. I enjoy the indoor portion of the queue, the launch, and the donut but RRR is a better coaster.

The first drop is cool but i found the rest of the ride lacks any cohesive theming which is why i prefer RnRc.I do however prefer the choose your own tune on RRR

9) PeopleMover
8) It's a Small World
7) Jungle Cruise
6) Star Tours 2
5) LwtL
4) SSE
3) Haunted Mansion
2) Thunder
1) Space Mountain

I found it an impossible task. I think if you were to ask me next week eight rides could be different. My top ten feels completely random, I couldn't even fit ToT, RnRC and the Safari in there!

I can't get over stupid Sparrow in Pirates, else it would've been in.
Honourable mention to the Treehouse, Teacups, Tiki, TSI, HoP, American Adventure, Oh Canada, Impressions de France, Manta, Spiderman, Ripsaw, Dueling Dragons, RRR, Simpsons.

Lastly, Rip, Ride Rockit is awesome!
