KennyG....I have a question for you. How did you get your shows from your Tivo to your computer. I have a Directv Tivo Unit, and I have always wondered if this is possible. If you can help me that would be great!

Just don't get caught....Disney really tramps hard on this kind of thing, it's again copyright rules if you are using their shows...

Not only Disney...but the Travel Channel might get upset. These shows are copyrighted and you're broadcasting their shows over the internet without their permission.

Thanks, that is my point. I'm not trying to make any moral judgments when it comes to bootlegging, and Lord knows the internet is filled with sites selling or trading movies and tv shows, sometimes those DVDs in direct competition with official releases by the studios that own them, OR in direct competition with the movie still being in the theaters. But the OP seemed to think that nothing bad could come from him offering free bootlegs of other people's product, and I thought a reality check. Just because nothing wrong will probably occur, doesn't mean that it definitely can't. He's taking a risk, and should be aware and willing to accept the consequences, as unlikely as it may be that he'll have to.

Thanks for you hard work! I hadn't seen the Discoveries This Week EE thing in a long time. It'd be great if you could get Building a Thrill Ride: Expedition Everest on Google video! I hate having to watch it on scratchy VHS or in parts that never load on YouTube.

Some good items - though as mentioned above, be aware of legal things. Especially the non-home video clips.

Shame it has to be YouTube or Google. The quality is poor at best.

Not sure about youtube, but google has unlimited file size downloads. In order for most videos to be downloaded and uploaded quickly the quality is sacrificed. On google video if you click the box on bottom rh of screen and select original size and smooth video that sometimes helps. My internet connection at work plays google videos choppy etc, but my Roadrunner connection at home plays them much smoother..

Hey guys,
I've recorded several of my favorite shows about Disney on TiVo. My wife got frustrated because the TiVo is full of Disney stuff. She accidently deleted my show about DL Paris to make room for some chic show. (Don't hate her, she's really nice and tolerates my Disney addiction). Anyway, I've begun taking them off the TiVo and putting them on the computer. It's all FREE. I've edited out all the commercials and put a couple of small ones on the internet already. Would you let me know if this interests you, so I'll know if putting the hour and two hour shows and Christmas parade on the net is worth the time. Here's what is up already...

Sorry, but the ice storm caused me to run a little behind lately. I connected the Audio/Video out and into my computer editing card then recorded it all. Pretty simple if you have a video card and video editing equipment.

I love this! My favorite is the 1600 Bucks commercial for WDW. It gives me chills to think about how cool it would be to have Cinderella's carriage show up at your house. Thank you for the post! To me it could be considered free advertising for WDW since you are not making a profit. Makes me wanna go to Disney right now.
