I'm a fan of Biergarten, Via Napoli, La Hacienda, and San Angel (the new menu is pretty good). My least favorite meal was at Rose and Crown (but I certainly enjoy the pub).

Best: Bistro de Paris
Le Cellier
A frozen margarita while walking around world showcase

Worst:
San Angel Inn (mostly because of service)
Coral Reef (ridiculous prices with horrible service which completely rushes you through the meal).

(Thats all I've tried though) but I liked them all, my family was not crazy about Morocco, but I liked it.

Tokyo Dining has the greatest hospitality in all the park. The only other theme park restaurant that made me feel that welcomed was the Three Broomsticks.

Why all the hate for Chefs de France? I will be eating there for this first time in a couple of weeks.

let me justify my disappointment in chefs. some reasons are out of their hands, some are not.

1) when we got there, it had JUST start to pour. that made for a hustle of wet people looking to get out of the rain. now obviously, they can't do anything about that, but because of the tiled floors, the acoustics can make it very loud. wasn't exactly the romantic, parisian mood i was looking for.
2) had the short ribs. eh. wasn't a big fan. and i love me some short ribs. just thought it was a pretty pedestrian dish. my wife really enjoyed her food though, so it could have just been me.
3) let me preface this by saying that this is not a conviction against french people or propping up a stereotype in any way. got it? okay, cool. now i can say that i really didn't feel the welcomed by our server and the greeter at the front was downright rude to us.
4) also, it was our honeymoon. it was down on every reservation. i don't need free stuff. some (not all) places offered a complimentary dessert or a drink. it was very nice of them. but all at least said congratulations to us, which frankly, is all i expect. zero acknowledgment from the staff there. sort of turned me off, especially in contrast to the rest of the resort, which practically fawned on us for 10 days.

overall, it just didn't do it for me. i'm not saying i'm sure it wouldn't be lovely to go there. you may have a great experience and think i'm nuts. it happens. and i'm not saying i would never try chefs again. our experience there just fell flat for me.
