I got teary when I looked at it! Beautiful picture! I look forward to our June 2006 trip with our 2 year old daughter, who is only 3 months right now. She will be raised on Disney, that's for sure!

Thank-you. I am sure you daughter will love it. We tried to prime my daughter before we went so she would know who the Disney characters were, now that is almost all she is in to.

I have loved going to WDW since I was about 5 and my last trip (which was her first) might have been my best. You will love the experience. Enjoy it! :)

Excellent! How did you take it? I tried recently to take shots of jellyfish at the NYC Aquirium (Spelling?) but they came out too fuzzy. I turned one into a pop art kind of thing I was happy with. Tell me what you think.
Thanks Mr. Toad. I had set the ISO at 400 and used an Aperature of 2.8 so that I could get a fast enough shutter speed to keep from getting any motion blur or camera shake. It also helped that the fellyfish was just drifting by slowly when I took the shoot.

Your jellyfish shot is very cool. What a great way to rescue a shot you werent happy with. I would really like to see the original.

I also really like your Disney shot from above. Your daughter seems in heaven in both of those shots. It really caputures the feeling of being there.

Heres one of my favorites... I'll have to see if I can find a few more someplace...

(Sorry the quality is so low.. I didn't have enough room to upload it as a PNG.. when I upload the pics onto my website, they'll be of better quality...

The blue corner of the 4 jellies is the original. Nothing done to it. Like I said, not great at all. Your's is very detailed.

And thank you, I love the shots of my daughter. When I look at them it gets me more pumped up for going back again...

I really like this one. I got up at the crack of dawn to set this series of shots up. It's "Sunrise Over the Sassagoula." The sun's a-risin' off to the east and the steam is a'liftin' off of the lazy waters of the Mighty Sassagoula. Out in the distance is Beaux-Tie Island, at the bend where Port Orleans is situated. Yonder upstream are the quaint bayous and mansions of the Riverside district... :)

I finally got around to putting some of my Disney World photos online. Picking a favourite is too difficult. Here are some of my favourites.

This one is not typically Disney, but I like it:

This a show shot that was not planned, but by luck turned out quite arty and fun:

The quality of this scan is not great, but Bub Thomas was a mainstay of Disney World, still sadly missed, but his spirit lives on:

An example of, if you take a shot enough times, one will come out:

The smile says it all:

And one that is typical Disney. I do not know who the child is, she just ran into shot as I was lining it up. She is probably about twenty years old now!

If you would like to browse through more they can be found amongst the sets listed here: http://joechester.fotopic.net/list_collections.php
