Probably Hollywood Studios. Though Animal Kingdom doesn't have many good attractions, its best attractions are exclusive. DHS has really one exclusive that I really like, which is The Great Movie Ride. DHS' Tower of Terror is better than the rest (save for maybe Tokyo's), but I take three exclusive E-Tickets (even when none of them are working 100%) over one exclusive E-Ticket and one E-Ticket that's slightly better than its counterparts. Plus the fact that Animal Kingdom is a one of a kind Disney park, while DHS does have a "twin" in Paris.
I couldn't get rid of Epcot, as it has some great exclusives, a one of a kind theme, and good food (which the other parks lack). As for Magic Kingdom, I could not possibly imagine going to WDW and not riding Haunted Mansion, Big Thunder Mountain, Space Mountain, Carousel of Progress, Pirates of the Caribbean, etc. Granted, all of them (except Carousel of Progress) are at other Disneylands across the world, but I don't visit any of them regularly. Plus WDW's Haunted Mansion (my all time favorite attraction) is arguably the best in the world, depending on one's view of Phantom Manor.
If I had to get rid of any park in the world, it would be between DHS, Walt Disney Studios Paris, and Hong Kong Disneyland. The parks all seem to not have much to do, and though the latter two are getting relatively large expansions (Ratatouille and 3 small lands, respectively) I don't believe that they are enough. As CEO, I'd get rid of DHS, knowing that getting rid of HKDL ruins an entire resort and getting rid of WDSP severely shrinks another.
