I'll add another vote for ak, its only got 4 rides worth riding, dinosaur, everest, kali, and the safari.. Only two of those rides are worth repeating everytime we go (dinosaur and everest)
AK needs more rides, badly, more than any other theme park. Give us a lion king ride, a bambi dark ride, a pocahontas ride (not show). Throw in another original, some beastly kingdom, and get rid of chester and hester's and then I might reconsider.
When is disney gonna get it? PEOPLE COME BACK FOR THE RIDES! People will not come in droves for a new show, but add a new ride and the people will come, ADD A GREAT RIDE? and you will see a rise in ticket sales.

Seeing that your a yankees fan, it would be more like picking either Rivera or Jeter and you can only keep one. I am pretty sure though what the popular vote would be.

Easy. Animal Kingdom. Why? Well, because not only for all the reasons giving above, but also because the themes of DAK can be merged back into other parks. When you think of the other park's closing, those themes and attractions can merge like DAK can.
Adventureland, World Showcase, The Land Pavilion, The Seas with Nemo & Friends, and even the Studios can take on many of themes and attractions.
Safari could replace or change Jungle Cruise.
The African Outpost in World Showcase can be expanded to represent Harambe.
It's Tough to be a Bug can be in The Land pavilion replacing Circle of Life.
Dinosaur can fit in at the Studios or even Tomorrowland (time travel is futuristic, right?)
Finding Nemo: The Musical could appear at the Studios.
Festival of the Lion King can fit at the African Outpost
Anandapur represents much of India and South East Asia and could be a new country in Epcot.
DAK can easily stay a preserve or let nature take its course. After all, it is a nature theme park. Studios and Epcot being so full of buildings and concrete would be less desirable. The animals can be donated to zoos across the United States or kept for other purposes. Besides, DAK has the ugliest parking lot too.
Studios is the worst when it comes to cohesive theme and expansion, but other than a pavilion for Epcot, much of the studios theme and attractions may have trouble finding other homes. Where would Tower go? Where would RnRC go? Fantasmic? Great Movie Ride? Toy Story Midway Mania? Citizens of Hollywood?! Epcot is the same. It has so much history. World Showcase it self is a reason to stay as well as Spaceship Earth. Well, and Magic Kingdom can't leave.
So yeah, it's easy. DAK.
