Yes Star Tours is getting old too, he maybe just checking out his programming but I am not seen it dozens of times.

But there is a small difference between Star Wars and Indiana Jones.

Indiana Jones the first movie was ok, not great but ok. I was able to watch the first movie and few times but the sequels were to me rated some of the worse movies of all time.

Star Wars, I can do watch Star Wars over and over, the sequels were not a total waste. So yes it makes it more current.

You want to license good Science Fiction get the rights for Star Trek.

But Indiana Jones can anybody really tell me any movie that came after the original was not junk?

As I said for some reason I went too Disneyland and Disneyland Paris, I can remember "It's a Small World" but not those Indiana Jones attractions.

All of the Indy movies after the first were nothing short of great. At least they don't have overused cgi and jar jar binks like the Star Wars prequels.

Temple of Doom and Last Crusade some of the worst movies of all time? You are in the incredibly small minority on this issue my friend. Here are the scores on Rotten Tomatoes for the original three Indy movies. Percentages denote the percent of positive reviews it received.

Raiders of the Lost Ark-94%
Temple of Doom-84%
The Last Crusade-89%

Averaging these together comes to an average of 89% for the originaly Indy movies. now comparing that to the original Star Wars Trilogy

A New Hope-95%
Empire Strikes Back-97%
Return of the Jedi-75%

Average-89%.

So, just going by the numbers both Trilogies have an equal average score. So no, the second two Indy movies are no where near junk. Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was very mediocre, but the fact that it made bank in theaters proves that people love Indy just as much today as they did 20 years ago.

Was considered at one time.
Never made it out of the gate.
Actually, I am in favor of a Raging Spirits in Adventureland. Adds capacity, atmosphere, and a decent ride (if properly maintained).
Never knew that...even though it was just Blue Sky.
*yawn*.... a ten-year-old attraction.

Think big people. Lots of dreams out there.

I agree. I would take something new, and original in a heart beat.

Um, can I get a "IN MY OWN OPINION" please? Plus, that is seriously flawed logic. Just because YOU didn't care for the movies you automatically assume that the fanchise is dated and no one else likes it? Its one of the most successful and popular franchises of all time which is a fact and the attraciton at DL draws in huge crowds regularly.

Heck yeah!!! It is SOOOO much better than Dinosaur! {and yes I know that they are basically the same ride...but as the saying goes it's not what you have, but what you do with it!} :D

Of course it is "IN MY OWN OPINION" .

Should you not then and everybody else say "IN MY OWN OPINION" everywhere because you opinion is not golden either.

"IN MY OWN OPINION" most people could care less anymore about Indiana Jones.

"IN MY OWN OPINION" it what been decades since the original film and that makes it dated.

"IN MY OWN OPINION" before the movie with the crystal skulls nobody under 20 knew who Indiana Jones was and the made it dated.

"IN MY OWN OPINION" if Disney builds more attractions on a franchise who "IN MY OWN OPINION" most people do not remember or care about anymore shows Disney Imagineers have lost their creativity.

Of course this is "IN MY OWN OPINION" .

I would LOVE to have the DL version of Indy at WDW. I was lucky enough to get to DL one time in 1998 and rode the Indy ride 3 times in a row. It was my favorite ride at the park. They should have given WDW one 10 years ago.

Wow your opinions are mislead. Thousands of people went to the stunt show long before the fourth film. I am only 15 and all the kids in my old schools knew who Indy was. Your opinions are so off base it is not remotely funny. Plus the Indy sequels rocked so keep your dang opinions to yourself and stop telling everyone else what you want them to think. Good day.
