working out for Disney

Hey!! Been a hectic day!!
Just finished my 40 mts of Tone and Sweat! Love it!! Also did 30 mts of indoor walking inc walking up and down stairs.
Have turkey sloppy Joe's in crockpot and an Asian coleslaw in the fridge. I am very hungry!!:)
Take it easy and stay warm! We had a few snowflakes earlier!!:)

Good morning from Frostbite Falls! 2 inches of the white stuff when I got up so 5 really fast miles with Leslie Sansone. I tried to get out a bit ago but only did a mile as it's slippery and I didn't want to twist or fall. More good news I survived my 3 day cleanse now it's back on solid food, only I'm not hungry. Oh well guess it's a mean green smoothie to start the day and maybe a salad for lunch and if I'm up to it some steamed veggies with tofu and ginger sauce for dinner. Stay warm and safe.

Figgy, congrats! Yeah take it easy and simple after starting back from a cleanse.

Good morning it's COLD and we're under another winter weather advisory! Have I mentioned I hate winter, give me Disney in summer. Heck I'd just love to be with @LuLaSue now!!!!!! I pulled out an oldie but a goodie Kendall Hogan's Fat Burning Cardio. Heading off to Friday H.I.I.T. and stretching in a while. I'm still not very hungry but I'll have a green smoothie for breakfast, a salad with beans for lunch and some of the leftover veggies for dinner, my eyes were much bigger than my stomach last night, but I had some blueberry "ice cream" last night. Stay warm and safe and if the weather doesn't get better soon I'll be posting groundhog recipes. LOL

One thing I did not do prior to my trip last week was start to walk at least for 30mins a day a week prior. I suffered dearly as my feet were exhausted by day 2. Ironically, I weighed myself today and I ended up losing 5lbs while on vacation.

Good morning. My tummy is back to normal. When is winter going to end it just seems to be getting worse. More extra cold and snowy weather coming in this week! Looks like I'm in for a while. At least I did 5 miles with boosters LOL and I'm going out shopping just to be out, warm and moving later. Scrambled veggies and tofu for breakfast, I'm making a mean green smoothie to take with me and dinner will be a tomato, collard green and white bean soup. Stay warm and safe

IT"S STARTED TO SNOW! YUCK! I HATE WINTER!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok rant over. I started my day with some kick boxing, the puddle under me was large to say the least! Then on to SR's earth flow and some meditation. At least I got out and did a mile as the boys will be coming home early. It's an Indian themed food day up here. I'll be putting some spices in everything in an effort to warm up. Tumeric is going in my smoothie, my salad dressing will be ginger and curry flavored and for dinner mixed veggie curry and I'm making something called vindaloo sp? for dinner for the boys. Stay warm and safe and if your weather is anything like mine stay in if you can.

Good morning! LOL If I didn't laugh I'd cry!!!!!!!! IT'S COLD!!!!!!!!!!! -4 when I got up and it's warmed to +7 so far. Kendall Hogan's fat burning cardio and a nice relaxing practice to start my day. I'm not very hungry and did I mention it's COLD, so veggie soup for breakfast, a mean green smoothie for lunch and I'm making chili for dinner (the boy's request) Stay warm and safe and for Pete's sake stay in!

Figgy, I miss walking outside!!:(
And you can keep all that yucky snow too cause I am done with Winter!! We can't get anything but flurries. Everywhere around us has snow. We must be in a bubble!
Ok rant over!! Just did an hour of dancin to the oldies with Richard Simmons! Soo much fun!!
Going to fix my lentil salad with roasted veggies for dinner!

I was not feeling that great this week, so I've not worked out since Sunday. But tonight I came back and I came back with a vengeance. :) I did 45 minute Tabata workout. The Tabata protocol is 20 seconds of pushing yourself/10 seconds of rest. About 10 minutes of it was warm up and cool down. But I am now flying high from my post-work endorphin rush that I get from high intensity workouts.

Also, I am 24 days into not having any booze. Yay me! *golf claps*

Congratulations! Yay you! I am right there with you at 24 days, but I quit drinking soft drinks, don't drink booze at all but I'm guessing it is harder to quit than Coke Zero or Diet Mtn Dew. Wow, I really want a Dew, but not gonna give in.
